Intec's in-house fixturing group provides critical support to our materials testing, structural testing, and composite manufacturing departments. Our experienced design and machining professionals collaborate to produce fixtures that precisely meet the needs of specific project requirements, in a timely and cost-effective manner. An in-house fixturing group gives Intec clients schedule control.
Our machining department fabricates items from standard ASTM or industry-defined specifications, to large custom-built load introduction and reaction fixtures designed to be mounted on an Intec load floor or strong back.
Intec's advanced NC machining equipment, combined with digitally defined CAD/CAM part solid models, enables high-speed machining of parts. With a combination of experience, skill and equipment that is unique in the industry, Intec makes high-quality fixtures, grips and jigs faster and at a lower cost.
